Understanding How It Works
Once you have contacted ABM and asked for assistance, we firstly ask you to explain the circumstances of your peril. This allows us to appoint the right team and understand what's expected from us. Or, simply fill out this online form and allow us to contact you.

Emergency repairs
Emergency works are then carried out immediately - for example pumping out your home, securing your property and all necessary temporary repairs to make your home safe.

Claim assessment
A site meeting will then be set up to arrange for a Contracts Manager to meet you and prepare a detailed building repair schedule, which is then submitted to your insurance company for their approval.

Direct response
We then set up a meeting with your allocated loss adjuster or insurance company representative and obtain written confirmation that they are happy for work to proceed.

Works commence
Once approval has been obtained we can then begin putting your home back together, using our own in-house craftsmen including electricians, plumbers, carpenters, decorators etc. You will have a personal claims manager appointed who caters for all your personal requirements, keeping you up to date with the progress at all times.

Upon completion
Once works have been completed to your satisfaction we then bill the insurance company direct.
